Finalised Model

Draft Model 2

The second draft model at first appeared very basic and simplistic, when 3D modelling it in sketchup. After a-lot of pondering, I made the bottom half of the section just a viewing platform that both clients can view outside of the cliff-face and grab any ideas or inspirations when looking out to the landscape. Therefore I have made a new section that is underground for CJ Hendry's workspace.

Draft Model 1

Draft Model #1

The first draft model was made by a combination of 2 sections together shown below, as I believed that having those 2 halves would make a better sections for both clients (Gucci and CJ Hendry)

Top-Half of this Section
Also the Top-Half of This Section

In the end I decided to work further in my other draft model, but here is the sketchup attempt for this first draft model.

Sketchup Stairs

SketchUp Stairs

The first set of stairs connect all 3 sections of the 3D model. This enables people from the Gucci company above ground to visit the 'fractured-style' platform where people will be able to view right outside the cliff-face. It also enables the people to go down the other direction where it leads to CJ Hendry's workspace which is fully underground.
The second set of stairs is a spiral staircase where CJ Hendry has the accessibility to walk up and down to the Gucci client's workspace

The Three Images

The Three Images
My best piece of creative work before coming to this course: Water-Coloured Environmental Artwork Year 8

This was my first large scale artwork that I worked on during my art classes in Year 8. It was the first time I had ever used water-coloured pencils. Whats interesting about this artwork was that at first I never ever thought that I would've drawn any realistic birds during the artwork session, however my own teacher and fellow classmates believed that it was very realistic as it represents many different types of birds. The theme of the artwork was "Environment" however the main purpose was to show something bright and lively hence why I used multiple colours within the birds.

An image of a great piece of architecture - Marina Bay Sands Hotel, Singapore

What captured my attention to this amazing piece of architecture was very hilarious. This was because during my family trip to Singapore, we had planned on booking a hotel room in the Marina Bay Sands Hotel however we never got the booking as it was booked out 4 MONTHS in advanced. This we book another hotel more further in the city of Singapore. What was hilarious was that out hotel view always showed the Marina Bay Sands Hotel that we never got to go in. Nevertheless, I believe the Marina Bay Sands Hotel is a fantastic piece of Architecture and hope to book a hotel in there one day.

An original photograph of something beautiful - Japan Trip, Near Osaka Castle

This was a photo I took back around the time after my HSC last year, where I went on a trip with my fellow mates to Japan. This image is was at the time where I went to Osaka Castle. I only took this photo as I could see the rainbow appear during the best weather. In the end it turned out to look as beautiful as it is. Although I have many other photos that are as beautiful from my Japan trip, this photo became most attracted to my eyes.
